AIHR is pleased to announce that alongside the Research in Hospitality Management journal also the Journal of Gastronomy supports the AIHR 2019 conference on ‘Local food for vital regions: myths and facts’.

Presenters who wish to submit their paper to one of these journals are encouraged to make this known when submitting their abstract.

Abstracts are due per December, 15th.
