Leeuwarder Leeuwtje award for Baukje de Vries

Congratulations to our AIHR Board of Commitment member Baukje de Vries. The owner of Paddy O'Ryan Irish Pub in Leeuwarden was presented with a 'Leeuwarder Leeuwtje' award by Deputy Mayor Friso Douwstra on Friday before the Fuerza Bruta show which she helped bring to Leeuwarden. She is a tireless campaigner for tourism and hospitality in Fryslan and this award comes on top of royal recognition with the Order of Orange Nassau in 2012. Stenden Hotel Management School is proud to have Baukje on our AIHR Board of Commitment!
