Sustainability Research Rebooted

Last week Dr. Elena Cavagnaro, professor of sustainability in hospitality and tourism at Stenden Hotel Management School, visited Prof. Dr. Legrand (1st from right) at the Department of Hospitality, Tourism and Event Management of IUBH (Bad Honnef, Germany) to discuss common research possibilities. Together with Mr. Nicolas Dubrocard (1^st from left), CEO of ADST Solutions (www.solutionstourism.com/) and world expert in green certification, the trio has agreed to cooperate on cutting edge scientific research around topics in sustainability in light of the severe challenges (e.g. reduction of 90% of greenhouse gas emissions by 2050) faced by the hospitality industry in this field.
